Toy retailers offer big discounts in their efforts to cut stock, giving astute shoppers the opportunity to purchase quality toys at low prices.Getting your Christmas paper products restocked and your decorating items organized is also cheaper after the holidays, with sales on gift boxes, wrapping paper and paper plates, cups, napkins and other items for holiday entertaining.And, bins for storing the Christmas decorations and all those boughs of holly are likely on sale.
