Golf: Magnuson, Bernhagen win Valley Golf titles

WILLMAR -- Brock Magnuson shot a 185 for 45 holes to win the Valley Golf Men's Championship on Sunday. Bill Iverson was second a stroke back.

Defending champion Jenna Bernhagen won the Women's Championship shooting 83. Past champion Sue Minnehan was two back at 85.

It was the first Men's Open title for Magnuson. Iverson, the 2009 Open champion, was also runner-up in Friday's Senior Tournament.

The President's Flight went to Tim Hulscher with a 123 for 27 holes.
