Granite Loan opens in Spicer
SPICER — Granite Community Loan Center has opened at 155 Lake Ave. N. in Spicer to serve the community with business, personal and agricultural loan needs.
Granite Community Loan Center is a division of First National Bank of Cold Spring, a community bank. The bank has a 110-year history in central Minnesota.
Jerry Reiter is president and has more than 20 years in the Spicer-New London area as a community banker. The Loan Center will be managed by Reiter and Michael Schmid, who has also spent many years serving the Spicer-New London area.
Other lending staff includes Rollo Campe, who has extensive experience in the area and will serve as the center’s agricultural lending officer.
Schmid said the center expects to help customers with commercial real estate loans, working capital lines, equipment loans, and personal loans, home mortgages and home equity loans.
He said the center is well-capitalized and has a strong lending capacity, which provides the ability to serve businesses of any size, and electronic options to make it easy to manage money.
Schmid can be reached at 320-796-2265 for an appointment.
