Guilty plea, sentencing in meth, marijuana case
WILLMAR — Jose Juan Rodriguez, 27, of Willmar, pleaded guilty Thursday to a second-degree drug possession charge for possessing methamphetamine and marijuana found in a Willmar residence when law enforcement officers served a search warrant in February.
As part of a plea agreement, another felony charge for storing meth paraphernalia in the presence of a child will be dismissed. He will be sentenced June 19.
