Gymnastics: NLS first at Alex Invite

ALEXANDRIA -- Haley Stahl won two events to finish first in the all-around and help New London-Spicer claim the team title of the four-team Alexandria Invite Friday.

Stahl won vault and floor en route to compiling an all-around score of 35.1. Teammate Alanna Dietz tied for first on beam to finish second in the all-around at 34.65.

NLS had a team score of 138.45, while Alexandria (132.65) was second, Bemidji (131.40) third and Frazee (97.85) fourth.
