"That is (Apollo's) best score in years,'' said Willmar coach Larry Selchow. "That's a nice team."

Willmar's Abby Weiler's floor routine was the highlight for Willmar.

The junior tumbler scored 9.45 with a dynamic performance that captured first place. All-around champion Bo LaFountaine of the Eagles was second at 9.25.

"It was very exciting," said Selchow. "That has to be her personal best."

Willmar faltered on beam. Only Nicole Marshall hit her routine solidly and finished fifth.
