Gymnastics: Willmar falls to Melrose

MELROSE -- Hailey Brinkman of Melrose was the all-around winner and the Dutchmen defeated Willmar 141.75-138.725 in a non-conference gymnastics meet Tuesday night.

Brinkman, who scored a 37.375, also won vault (9.45), bars (9.25), beam (9.3) and floor exercise (9.375).

Abbey Weiler of Willmar was second all-around with a 35.35. She was second on floor exercise (9.2) and third on beam (8.75). Kelsey Jacobson was second on vault (9.225). Ashley Delp of Willmar was fourth all-around (34.675) and Annalise Bratt of Willmar was fifth (34.075).
