Hanowski is flying high into Willmar

Ben Hanowski leads the unbeaten Little Falls Flyers (23-0) into Willmar for a 7:30 p.m. today Central Lakes clash at the Civic Center.

The senior forward's 53 goals and 48 assists give him 371 career points, seven points shy of tying Red Wing's Johnny Pohl's Minnesota boys hockey record of 378 set in 1998.

Willmar (9-12), which has won three straight, will seed Wednesday for the 11-team Section 2A playoffs.
