Hats off

Hats off from Winnie Palm to the person who found a lost check in the parking lot at Skylark Mall on Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 25. She writes, "He picked it up and brought it inside to the first lady he saw. Karen was sitting behind an admittance desk for the eye clinic. She, in turn, investigated to find out that the check belonged to me. I am very grateful to both of them. It just happened to be a birthday present from my daughter, who lives out of state."
