Hats off to the Willmar city crews

Hats off to the Willmar city crews that removed a boulevard tree on July 9 in Willmar. Bob Jacobson writes that the crew worked well together, anticipated each other's needs and zeroed in on the task. "I marveled at the skill and efficiency they displayed in the operation of equip-ment (automobiles parked at curbside were a concern)," Jacobson wrote.
