Bonita Mary Hoglund faces two felony charges of third-degree sale and fifth-degree possession, plus misdemeanor legend drug and paraphernalia charges.

Unconditional bail was set at $50,000. Her next appearance in Kandiyohi County District Court is Monday.

According to the complaint, drug task force agents went to Hoglund's rural Hawick home around 4 p.m. Friday to speak with her regarding an investigation into methamphetamine sales.

The agents found Hoglund and two men in the home. An agent went outside with the two men and repeatedly told one of the men to keep his hands out of his pockets.

The man didn't comply with the order and was searched. The agent found 0.7 grams of meth in his pocket. The man was arrested. He allegedly told the officer he had just purchased the drugs from Hogland and paid $60 cash.

Hoglund was questioned and allegedly admitted to having half a gram of meth in the home and to using the drug since 2002. She denied ever selling the drug.

Agents also saw a meth pipe on the kitchen table of the home. They requested, were granted and executed a search warrant on the home.

The search revealed 1.1 grams of meth, a meth bong with 73.6 grams of water in it that tested positive for meth residue, drug paraphernalia, prescription drugs that were not prescribed to Hoglund and cash, including $60 in a dresser drawer.
