Hearing set for Montevideo, Minn., man in alleged terror plot
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — A detention hearing is scheduled for a man arrested in what the FBI is calling a thwarted terror plot in western Minnesota.
Twenty-four-year-old Buford Rogers of Montevideo is scheduled to appear in U.S. District Court in St. Paul on Wednesday afternoon. Rogers is charged with one count of illegally possessing a firearm, and was in custody pending a formal detention hearing.
