The preliminary provisional autopsy report found the medical problems were the cause of death for Carl Marvin Cymbaluk, according to a news release from Becker County Sheriff Tim Gordon.

Investigators have ruled out foul play, but they are still waiting for some reports and consider it an open investigation, Gordon said in the release.

Cymbaluk, originally of Fosston, Minn., was found dead shortly before 7 a.m. on Aug. 6, several hours before acts first hit the main stage at the festival held near Detroit Lakes, Minn.
