Highway 71/23 near Civic Center Drive now open

WILLMAR -- All lanes of Highway 71/23 near Civic Center Drive in Willmar are now open to traffic, announces the District 8 office in Willmar of the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Lane closures began Oct. 11 while MnDOT employees completed a bridge approach panel replacement project.
