WILLMAR -- An historic house that stood on Sibley Avenue in Litchfield since 1894 is now yards away from a new location just west of Willmar and south of Minnesota Highway 40 near the airport.

Workers with Stubbs Builders and Movers, Long Lake, moved the house across Minnesota Highway 23 at the intersection with Kandiyohi County Road 5 shortly before noon today. They will be crossing a soybean field and placing the three-story structure on its new location this afternoon.
