A criminal complaint filed in Dakota County says 56-year-old James Vandusartz admitted to police that he had sexual contact with the teen "in the heat of the moment" at his Burnsville house Nov. 28.

Vandusartz worked part time at The Blake School in Hopkins as a girls hockey coach. The school has notified families of its current and former girls hockey players about the arrest. The St. Paul Pioneer Press says Vandusartz is not in custody. He did not return a phone call seeking comment.
