Hunt -- Bakker

Emily Hunt and Michael Bakker were united in marriage Aug. 4 at St. Joseph's Parish in Granville, Iowa.

The bride is the daughter of Steve and Julie Hunt of Granville, Iowa. The groom is the son of Joel and Cheryl Bakker of Renville.

Maid of honor was Megan Hunt, sister of the bride. Bride's attendants were Anna Hunt, sister of the bride, and Kelly Bakker and Laura Bakker, sisters of the groom. Flower girls were Jaime Hunt and Ellen Hunt, sisters of the bride.

Best man was Matthew Zavadil, friend of the couple. Groom's attendants were Jordan Graham, friend of the couple; Kevin Bratsch, cousin of the groom; and Anthony Hunt, brother of the bride.

Ushers were Adam Mathiowetz and Kyle Severin, friends of the couple.

A reception and dance were held at Hospers Community Center in Hospers, Iowa

The couple is living south of Sacred Heart. The bride is a registered dietitian employed by Bethesda in Willmar. The groom is employed as a financial analyst by United FCS in Marshall.
