Hunting and fishing license proposals to be discussed Tuesday in Willmar

WILLMAR -- The Little Crow Anglers will sponsor an informational meeting and question and answer session with agents of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Kandiyohi County Health and Human Services Building in Willmar. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss proposed changes for hunting and fishing license fees.

DNR Fisheries, Wildlife and Enforcement agents will be in attendance to present information to area hunters, anglers and conservationists in regard to the proposed fee changes, and they will answer questions presented to them by attendees following the presentations.

Among the topics to be addressed include the need for fee changes and how license fee money is used. Area hunters, trappers, anglers and wildlife enthusiasts are encouraged to attend this event.

The KCHHS is at 2200 23rd Street NE in Willmar.
