Hwy. 23 from Clara City to Granite Falls, Minn., to open Thursday afternoon

WILLMAR -- State Highway 23 from Clara City to U.S. Highway 212 near Granite Falls is scheduled to open to traffic in the late afternoon Thursday, the Minnesota Department of Transportation announced Tuesday.

The concrete repair project included removing and replacing deteriorated concrete.

Traffic has been detoured for several weeks.
