NEW LONDON -- Hylla Louella Bergman, 95, of New London died Saturday at GlenOaks in New London.
The service is at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hope Presbyterian Church, rural Spicer. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in New London.
Visitation is for one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the church. Arrangements are with Johnson Funeral Home in New London.
She was born June 1, 1914, in Bagley, Wis., to Lincoln and Carrie (Mundon) Bagley. In 1919 her family moved to New London, and later to Hawick and Regal. She attended New London Schools.
On June 25, 1936, she married Alfred Richard "Dick" Bergman in New London. They lived in the New London area. She worked for a few years with the Presbyterian Foundation, Holiday Inn and for 12 years as a dietary aide at Bethesda Home. She retired in 1988. She moved into GlenOaks Apartments in 1992.
She was a member of Hope Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her sons: Richard (and Marcie) Bergman of Chippewa Falls, Wis., and John (and Jodi) Bergman of New London; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1969 and two brothers.
