Immigration group hosts film festival in Willmar
WILLMAR -- The Willmar Area Comprehensive Immigration Reform coalition is hosting a film festival during April, starting tonight with a showing of "Which Way Home" at 6:30 p.m. at the Willmar Community Center.
"Which Way Home" explores the story of child migration.
The film festival will continue at 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays at the community center for the rest of April.
"God Grew Tired of Us," an award-winning documentary about the "Lost Boys" of Sudan, will be shown on April 13.
The film on April 20 is "9500 Liberty," and on April 27, "The Visitor."
Coffee and treats will be available at each showing.
