Incumbents were returned to their Minnesota House seats in the region.

Democrats Rep. Al Juhnke and Rep. Lyle Koenen won handily in Districts 13B and 20B respectively, and Republican Rep. Dean Urdahl readily held off a challenge to retain his District 18B seat.

A recap of the unofficial final results in those area House districts, as reported by the Minnesota Secretary of State, is as follows:

District 13A
