WILLMAR -- Andy Jacobson sank a chip shot from inches off the green to win his third Lakeland Open title in four years -- this one in sudden death.

"I've played enough with Andy; I knew he was going to make that," said runner-up Matt Gorans, who had finished in a dead heat with his friend after 54-holes.

Moments before Jacobson's winner at the Eagle Creek Golf Club, Gorans had missed a birdie putt from 25 feet by inches.
