WHITE BEAR LAKE -- Jewelle Tazelaar, 76, of White Bear Lake, died Wednesday at Cerenity Care Center in White Bear Lake following seven years of living with dementia.
The service will be at noon Monday at Peace Reformed Church, 2180 Glory Drive in Eagan.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
She was born April 9, 1932, in Lake Lillian to Art and Amy (Lundahl) Sundin.
She married George Tazelaar in 1953. They lived in Wichita, Kan., and returned to Minnesota in the early 1960s.
She was active in her church and Christian organizations.
She is survived by her children: Sherie Tazelaar of Minneapolis, Sandi Tazelaar (and husband Ken Hislop) of St. Paul, Kate (and Rick) Rients of Lakeville, Steve Tazelaar of Los Angeles, Laurie (and Michael) Williams of Hugo and Rosalie Sundin of Richfield; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters: Betty (and Burton) Flann of Willmar and Shirley (and Dave) Ulstrom of Mora; and brothers: Paul Sundin of Grand Marais and Dennis (and Betty Sue) Sundin of Boerne, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her first husband: George; second husband: Arnie Beihoffer; and two brothers.
