Juveniles to Dawson, Minn., hospital after ATV crash
DAWSON -- Three juveniles were injured in an ATV crash Monday evening and were taken to Johnson Memorial Hospital in Dawson for treatment.
According to a news release from the Lac qui Parle County Sheriff's office, the incident was reported around 7:15 p.m. Monday on County Road 23 south of Dawson.
A juvenile female was driving a Polaris Ranger and lost control while attempting to avoid a fixed object in the ditch, causing the ATV to roll.
The girl and two passengers sustained minor injuries. All three were wearing safety belts.
The incident is under investigation by the sheriff's office.
Also responding were the Dawson police and ambulance departments.
