Kandiyohi Co. Board to hold 2011 reorganizational meeting this week
WILLMAR -- The Kandiyohi County Commissioners will hold their 2011 reorganizational meeting at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Health and Human Services Building.
The commissioners will conduct a ceremonial swearing-in of officers, elect a chairman and vice chairman, make appointments to standing committees and take bids for the official newspaper.
Other items on the agenda include a bid opening for new record management software for the sheriff's department, action on one-year ditch liens and discussion on code evaluations and maintenance of elevators.
The commissioners will also hold a reorganizational meeting of the community health board.
The commissioners meet on the second floor of the Health and Human Services building, located at 2200 23 St NE in Willmar.
