Kandiyohi Co., Minn., attorney wants murder suspect ruled competent
WILLMAR -- Attorneys will have 10 days to file written objections to the completed mental evaluation report of a rural Paynesville man indicted on first-degree murder charges for shooting and killing an Albertville man last fall in northern Kandiyohi County.
District Judge Donald M. Spilseth ordered Wednesday that after the court receives any objections -- or the 10-day period expires -- the court will proceed as appropriate in the case of Timothy John Huber, 46.
