Kandiyohi County, Minn., Board to meet Tuesday

WILLMAR — The Kandiyohi County Board of Commissioners will conduct its regular meeting at 10 a.m. Tuesday on the second floor of the Health and Human Services Building, 2200 23rd St. N.W. in Willmar.
Items on the agenda include proposed feedlot rule changes and presentations on the Willmar Community-Owned Grocery and on the Middle Fork Crow River Watershed shoreline restoration project.
Action will also be taken on the 2013 gravel tax distribution, the town road distribution and conditional use permits.
Prior to the regular meeting, the commissioners will meet at 9 a.m. as the Human Services Committee when they will take action on several contracts for services and discuss a request for proposals for the 16-bed mental health specialty hospital in Willmar.
