Kandiyohi, Minn., teen faces criminal sexual conduct charges

WILLMAR — Cameron Fedor Steffen, 18, of Kandiyohi, made his first court appearance Monday on four felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct for allegedly sexually assaulting a young girl on multiple occasions.

Steffen’s next appearance is April 3 in Kandiyohi County District Court. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim or anyone under age 18.
