Keller 2nd at U of M meet

MINNEAPOLIS -- Minnesota-Morris junior Linda Keller of rural Hawick placed second among 385 runners at the Roy Griak Invite Saturday in the Maroon Division III race at the Les Bolstad Golf Course.

The former state champion at Paynesville High School led until late when she was overtaken by junior Christy Cazzola of UW-Oshkosh, who won the 6k in a time of 22:06 to Keller's 22:16.

The Cougars finished 20th of 26th schools. The meet is hosted by the University of Minnesota Gophers.
