Kleinhuizen -- Groen

Ellen Kleinhuizen and Jason Groen were united in marriage June 1 at Willmar Christian Reformed Church.

The bride is the daughter of Todd and Renae Kleinhuizen of Willmar. The groom is the son of Larry and Pat Groen of Prinsburg.

Maid of honor was Shara Leininger, friend of the bride. Bride's attendants were Jessica DeGroot, cousin of the groom; Katrina Ryder and Kaitlyn Vogel, friends of the bride; and Elise Kelly, cousin of the bride. Flower girls were Sadie Kleinhuizen and Effie Kleinhuizen, cousins of the bride.

Best man was Josh Groen, brother of the groom. Groom's attendants were Eric Groen, brother of the groom; Derrick Bulthuis, friend of the groom, and Nicholas Kleinhuizen, brother of the bride. Ring bearer was Josiah Vos, cousin of the groom.

Ushers were Tyler VanSchepen, Kendall Stroeh and Kyle DeBoer, friends of the groom.

A reception and dance were held at the Holiday Inn and Willmar Conference Center.

Following a wedding trip to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, the couple is living in Minneapolis. The bride is attending the University of Minnesota majoring in biology, society and environment and is employed as a nanny. The groom is attending North Central University majoring in youth ministry and is employed as the youth director by Faith Christian Reformed Church in New Brighton.
