KMS, ACGC both advance in state wrestling

Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City and Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg both advanced to the semifinals of the Class A state wrestling team tournament today.

No. 3 seed ACGC defeated Royalton/Upsala 56-12 and will face No. 2 seed Kenyon/Wanamingo which beat Frazee 35-22.

No. 1 seed KMS beat Lake Crystal/Wellcome Memorial 40-21 and will face No.4 seed Medford which beat Border West Buccaneers 55-10.

The semifinals will be at noon Friday with the championship match at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
