The Fighting Saints (7-2) never punted in the game and allowed RCW (5-4) to gain only five first downs and 130 yards of offense.

KMS will now play at Dawson-Boyd on Saturday at 3 p.m. in the semifinals in Dawson.

Bauman sprinted 80 yards untouched off his left tackle on the first play from scrimmage to give KMS a quick lead.

After KMS forced a punt, Bauman took the ball on second down and spun off a 50-yard touchdown, again off the left side, to help KMS establish control early.

Kevin Steinhaus threw for a score and ran for another and Mitch Hagen and Jacob Engler added touchdown runs for KMS, which ran for 493 yards.

Brian Feldman scored on a four-yard run in the fourth quarter for Renville County West.
