Koenen, Oates-Jenkins receive MCAC honors

Two Ridgewater College football players were recognized by the MCAC South Division for their play last Saturday in a 44-27 win over Fond du Lac.

Offensive Player of the Week: sophomore quarterback Justin Koenen (Clara City) completed 9-of-15 passes for 226 yards, four touchdowns with one interception and also ran for a TD.

Defensive player of the Week: sophomore defensive back Micah Oates-Jenkins (Miami, Fla.) made eight tackles (six solo) and had two interceptions.
