I would like to make some comments about what Bob Flann (Public Forum, Jan. 19) wrote about handicap parking.
I see it every day -- people illegally parking in the handicap parking in the Wal-Mart parking lot almost every day. The police can really bring in the tickets for illegal handicap parking people at Wal-Mart.
Not only do I see it at Wal-Mart but I see illegal handicap parking at Skylark Mall and Willow Run Apartments. Seems to me that the management of these places don't care or won't do anything at all. I find it so rude that people don't care how or where they park.
