Letter: Improving a dangerous road

I am pleased to see new right-of-way signs being placed along Minnesota State Highway 40 west of Willmar.
That has to mean the highway department will be contracting to rework the ditches along the road and finally put shoulders on one of the narrowest and most dangerous roads in Minnesota.
I will look forward to see the work done in 2013.
