Letter: Treat RR quiet zones equally in Willmar
The Willmar City Council recently approved safety measures that make for quiet zones in two of eight railway crossings in Willmar. Some city residents and council members say the quiet zones would eliminate a noisy detriment to their quality of life.
I’m sure the residents living near the other six crossings would be affected in the same way.
I guess this means that a future action by the council will be to provide for a better quality of life for the people living near the other six crossings also.
