Life Connections seeking nominations for Outstanding Senior Award
Life Connections is seeking nominations for its Outstanding Senior Award.
The award will be present at Life Connections, scheduled April 16 at the Civic Center in Willmar. Life Connections is produced by the West Central Tribune.
Nominees should demonstrate outstanding leadership and commitment hat benefits their community and citizens. Nomination qualities should include creativity, volunteerism, responsibility, problem solving, respectfulness, cooperation and organizational skills.
Nominees should be 50 years of age or older and reside in Kandiyohi, Swift, Chippewa, Renville, Meeker, Pope or Stearns counties.
To nominate an individual, your nominee and your contact info and answers to the following questions via e-mail to: kgislason@wctrib.com. The entry deadline is April 9.
Nomination questions:
1) Describe projects, activities, volunteerism and/or other efforts for which the individual should be recognized.
2) Describe the end results and benefits of the individual's efforts and contributions.
3) How have the nominee's contributions made the community a better place?
