WILLMAR – A legislative committee will be taking testimony from workers about “living wage jobs” and a proposal to increase the minimum wage during a hearing Thursday in Willmar.

The hearing will be held at 1 p.m. in the multi-purpose room on the lower level of the Health and Human Services Building, 2200 23rd St. NE.
