Local man in court for having pot delivered to his house

WILLMAR -- Juan Lomas Jr., 28, of Willmar, made his first court appearance Wednesday on a third-degree drug sale charge for allegedly accepting the delivery Monday of more than 11 pounds of marijuana to his home.

The box was quickly confiscated when CEE-VI Drug Task Force agents served a search warrant at the residence.

He is scheduled to appear again Se-pt. 7 in Kandiyohi County District Court.
