Lorraine Rohlik May 25, 1944 - Oct. 6, 2008
GRANITE FALLS -- Lorraine Rohlik, 64, of Granite Falls died Monday at the Granite Falls Hospital.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Granite Falls with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the church with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. and for one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are with Wing-Bain Funeral Home of Granite Falls.
She was born May 25, 1944, in Lincoln County to Stanley and Nellie (Sik) Burczyk. She grew up in the Ivanhoe and Canby area, attending school at Lincoln County District 405 and graduating from Canby High School in 1962. She moved to Minneapolis and worked for Maico Hearing Instruments in Edina and continued her education at Hennepin Technical College. She moved to Granite Falls in 1970 and worked at Yellow Medicine County Bank and was working at the time of her death at the Granite Falls branch of the Citizens State Bank of Clara City.
She married Edwin J. Rohlik on April 9, 1988, in Granite Falls. She was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church and of the CCW. She was also a member of the Herb Club.
She is survived by her husband; siblings: Ben Burczek of Madison, Fran Viaene of Cottonwood and Leona (and Jim) Hertrich of Chicago.
She was preceded in death her parents; step father: Stanley Lacek; one sister; and two brothers.
