MACCRAY thumps Lakeview in Camden baseball

RAYMOND -- MACCRAY continued to showcase its powerhouse offense Thursday with a 10-0 conquest of Lakeview in Camden Conference baseball action.

The Wolverines started the game by scoring five runs in the bottom of the first inning. They went on to finish the five-inning contest with 15 hits, including four players with multiple-hit performances.

Tyler Dammann led the way for MACCRAY (4-0, 5-0) by going 4-for-4 with a double and two runs scored. Dylan Aeikens was 3-for-3, including a double. Jordan Ruter had two hits and drove in three runs, Jordan Smith also had two hits and drove in a pair of runs.

Caleb Hanson started and allowed no hits over three innings for the win. He walked two and struck out three. Kelly Siverhus finished the shutout with two innings of two-hit relief. He fanned four.
