Madsen, Cunningham finish one, two in Kandiyohi County District 5 primary

With 100 percent of precincts reporting in Kandiyohi County, Harlan Madsen and John Cunningham are the top two candidates in the Kandiyohi County Commissioner District 5.

Harlan Madsen 613 or 58.66 percent

John Cunningham 335 or 32.06
