Man charged for paying informant to 'throw' testimony

WILLMAR -- David Dennis Jacobson, 50, of Blomkest, appeared Monday in Kandiyohi County District Court on a felony charge of bribery for allegedly paying a man to "throw" his testimony in a drug sale case.


Unconditional bail was set at $200,000. Jacobson's next hearing is an omnibus hearing on Sept. 2.
