Unconditional bail was set at $60,000 with conditional bail at $5,000 cash. His next appearance is May 9 in Kandiyohi County District Co-urt.

Reyes al-so faces two gross misdemeanors for stalking and two misdemea-nors for domestic assault.

According to the complaint, Willmar police were called on April 10 to a report of vehicle vandalism at Jennie-O Turkey Store. All four tires of a vehicle were flat, cut with a metal object, and there was a dent in the door. A witness said the man who did the damage left fast in a small green car. The owner of the car, the same woman who was later run off the roadway, reported that Reyes may have been responsible for the damage.

She said she had ended a relationship with him and that he had left threatening messages on her cell phone. An order for protection was issued April 19 and the papers were served on Reyes around 8:40 p.m. Thursday evening. Reyes allegedly asked the officer serving him with the documents if they were related to his slashing the tires on the woman's vehicle.

By 9:04 p.m. on the same evening, officers were called to the 400 block of Trott Avenue Southeast. They found a vehicle sitting in the yard, with skid marks on the street and in the grass.

Two witnesses said they saw a small green car leaving the scene.

The woman reported that she was followed by Reyes in a green car and that he used his vehicle to ram into her car. She lost control of the car and was forced off the road.

The woman said she attempted to get away from Reyes by making multiple turns. She also said that Reyes had threatened her at her workplace the previous day.

Officers went to Reyes' home, found a damaged green car in the backyard and arrested him.
