Man faces assault charges for allegedly stabbing woman

WILLMAR -- Daniel Loera, 26, of Willmar, made his first court appearance Friday on three felony assault charges for allegedly stabbing a woman Thursday during a domestic incident.

Unconditional bail was set at $100,000. His next appearance in Kandiyohi County District Court is Sept. 7. Loera faces two second-degree assault charges and one domestic assault charge.
