Man faces felony charges for shooting firearm in the city

WILLMAR -- A 32-year-old Willmar man made his first appearance Thursday on two felony charges for discharging a firearm in the city for allegedly shooting a .22-caliber rifle at a rabbit. The bullet penetrated the exterior and interior wa-lls of a nearby home.
