Man faces felony for harassment, drive-by shooting still under investigation

WILLMAR -- Erik Ozornia, 22, made his first court appearance Wednesday on a felony harassment and stalking charge for allegedly harassing a woman who had an order for protection against him.


Unconditional bail was set at $50,000. Ozornia also faces two gross misdemeanor charges of domestic assault. His next appearance in Kandiyohi County District Court is Monday.
