Man faces first-degree sale charge for meth deal with informant
WILLMAR -- Juan Angel Guevara, 31, of Willmar, made his first court appearance Tuesday on a first-degree drug sale charge for allegedly selling methamphetamine to a CEE-VI Drug Task Force informant.

According to the complaint, the informant told a CEE-VI agent on Jan. 19 that he could buy meth from a man he knew as "Nee Nee." The nickname was known to law enforcement as Guevara. The informant allegedly purchased 6.8 grams of meth on Jan. 19 and 7.4 grams on Jan. 26. Both deals happened at Guevara's home along the 700 block of Fifth Street Southwest.
