Man faces theft, property damage charges for wacky Walmart theft


WILLMAR — Joshua Wayne Roschild, 22, of Willmar, made his first court appearance Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal damage to property and a gross misdemeanor count of theft for allegedly cutting a hole in a canvas door at the local Walmart Supercenter and then attempting to push merchandise through the hole to steal the items.

Roschild's next appearance is Sept. 23 in Kandiyohi County District Court.
